Sales and Service:Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships. Shares and represents current products, fit and fashion trends with customers to appropriately wardrobe, inspire and build trust. Operations:Supports areas of operational energy as needed. Plans and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business. Protects company assets and maintains a safe work environment. Follows all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment laws. Requirements:Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
