About the location:

Located in the heart of the Back Bay, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is a cutting-edge 61-storey skyscraper. The Hotel features 215 spacious guest rooms and suites, a Wellness Floor, and several chic restaurants, along with more than 10,000 square feet of dedicated meeting and event space.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Banquets team as a Part Time Banquet House Attendant!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Education: High School Education equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum one-year food service or related work.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up.
