- Extremely stable design firm in existence over 40 years
- This position is on site, located in Suffern, NY
- Part time schedule, max 15 hours, with flexibility to choose your own days/times of work
- Friendly atmosphere with team-oriented staff
- Bookkeeping responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with accounts payable and receivable transactions and review of timesheets for payroll processing
- Assist with data entry and setting up bills via Quickbooks
- Deposit checks
- Vendor communication
- Assist Director of Finance with ad hoc responsibilities Administrative focused
- 2+ years of accounting / bookkeeping of relevant experience
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
