- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with financial products and services
- Experience handling inbound customer service calls
- Demonstrated success in customer service, with experience in a phone-based customer service role

- Typical schedule: up to 36 hours/week with Saturday hours.
- Location: Whatcom County, WA. Remote work option. Must reside in Whatcom or Skagit counties, Washington.
