Job DescriptionConference and Dining Services at The John A. Spitzer Conference Center in Elyria, Ohio, one of Lorain County's best conferencing facilities, is now hiring engaging team members with exceptional customer service skills to serve part time in our Event Facilitator role. The Facilitator is the primary liaison with our clients on the day of events and provides high levels of customer satisfaction by confirming event requirements, performing room set up and restoration, and assuring provision of equipment, technology, and other customer-driven requests. The Facilitator responds to special circumstances, is capable of resolving customer issues, and provides general oversight for meetings and events. If you have a passion for excellence in customer service and love working with people, Conference and Dining Services is looking for you.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent in learning, able to lift 75lbs, must be able to follow directions and work well with others. Attention to detail and outstanding customer service are necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Previous event facilitation experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are preferred.
