This position may involve some light facility maintenance work, however primary duties will be custodial.QUALIFICATIONS:-Knowledge of machines/tools-Time management and organization skills-Valid driver's license/acceptable driving recordABOUT YOUR ROLE:-Cleans the service and customer areas.-Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.-Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.-Preform general construction duties - plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.-Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.-Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.-Removes all debris from lot.-Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies.-Tending commercial sprinklers and controls-Mows lawn, trims shrubbery and cultivates flowers. Waters flower beds and removes debris -Other tasks as assigned.
