IMMEDIATE PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/DATA ENTRY OPERATOR NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST PRODUCT QUALITY ASSUANCE COMPANIES IN THE AREA FLEXIBLE HOURS - PART TIME SCHEDULE $23/HR FARMINGDALE, NY Qualifications: 3 years of administrative office experience Type 40 WPM Detail oriented Excellent Microsoft Excel skills We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building & Construction team in our Farmingdale, NY office. The Lab Administrative Assistant will support the Building and Construction business by performing a full range of administrative duties, including Microsoft office, administrative planning, etc. We're looking for somebody with prior experience in an administrative position. Handle front office responsibilities; reception/answering phones Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc. Research a wide variety of information requests. Organizing the flow of paperwork/Contracts (Document Control) May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
