We are currently looking for a Part-Time Dentist Associate to help us continue our mission of delivering excellent dental care and creating memorable experiences for both children and adults. Become a valued member of a team that prioritizes collaboration, care, and community engagement.

Your role will include:

  • Engaging with the community and participating in events that promote the positive image of our company.
  • Leading morning huddles and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Enjoying the opportunity to work mainly with children, who constitute 70% or more of our patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dentist Associate, you will be responsible for providing quality dental services with the support of a dedicated team. Our office is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Regular OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A varied patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult clients
  • A practice flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily
  • Experience with state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications:

  • Current DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in your respective state
  • CPR, DEA, and any additional certifications required
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (specific to LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A heartfelt desire to provide dental care to children and adults alike
