The Concept Agency is looking for a Part-Time Digital Ads Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, who thrives on delivering results across a wide variety of industries.
About the Role
As our Digital Ads Specialist, you'll:
- Collaborate on Strategy: Consult with our team to develop campaign strategies for clients in B2C and B2B spaces, including eCommerce, tech, and more.
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ads for every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Analyze & Report: Use Google Analytics and UTM tracking to evaluate performance, provide monthly reports, and offer actionable recommendations.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with our team to develop and refine ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Client Interaction: Attend client meetings to present results, share insights, and discuss strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
- Experience: 2+ years managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Skills: Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign management tools.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with our team and clients.
- Remote Work: Based in Southwestern Ontario, this role is fully remote.
