Your Role:

As his Support Professional, you'll play a key role in making each day engaging and fulfilling by:

βœ” Assisting with daily living tasks – Meal prep, occasional toileting needs, and daily routines. βœ” Encouraging his hobbies – Whether it's watching his favorite shows or enjoying music together. βœ” Exploring the community – Support him on outings that keep him active and engaged. βœ” Being a trusted companion – Bringing patience, fun, and a positive attitude to every interaction.

What We're Looking For:

βœ” A Kind & Compassionate Spirit – Patience, humor, and a nurturing approach. βœ” Experience in the Disability Field – 2-4 years preferred, with knowledge of positive behavior support plans. βœ” Dependability – A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check. βœ” Creativity & Energy – You're proactive, engaging, and excited to create fun, structured experiences. βœ” Calm Under Pressure – You can stay grounded and positive in challenging moments.
