• Answering Phones before and during routes times
• Taking notes
• Great Customer Service
• Follow up on request of phone calls with manger
• Communications with our drivers

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal. Detail oriented including documentation skills.
• Maintain confidentiality
• Organized
• Able to work effectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork.
