Part Time Dock Worker Forklift Operator / Customer Service Representative - Dayton Freight Lines : Job Details

As a Dock Worker/ Customer Service Representative, you will load and unload freight in a productive, safe and claims-free manner. Assist Dayton Freight customers with a variety of inquires including freight pickup requests, manage rate quotes or freight charges and appointments or special requests. Complete pre and post trip inspections on all dock equipment. Properly document all freight control processes. Promptly answer incoming calls and handles the request Participate in Dayton Freight's training and improvement programs. Be available for irregular work schedules, alternating work shifts and/or assignments. Adhere to the operational procedures and guidelines contained in the Dayton Freight Driver/ Dockworker Manual Qualifications 18 years of age. Basic math skills. Fluent in English.
