- Create and maintain documents: Prepare documents, templates, and reports
- Organize documents: Number, sort, and file documents, both electronic and hard copy
- Store documents: Use a records management system to store documents securely
- Retrieve documents: Access and distribute documents to the right people
- Review documents: Check documents for accuracy and compliance
- Dispose of documents: Remove documents when they are no longer needed
- Track documents: Maintain records of documents to ensure confidentiality
