Join our team with a culture of honor, where YOU will have an impact on others.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Event Manager with aspects of fundraising events in Brainerd and Alexandria.Duties include:Help with volunteer communication and coordination on event daysProvide customer service to donors via phoneAssist with set-up and tear-down on event daysCreate and send fundraising emails to event participantsBrainerd Gala, Minnesota Fishing Challenge, and Brainerd Golf Challenge:Duties include:Providing silent auction supportHelping ensure registration processes are consistent and running smoothlyRequired Skills and Experience:Experience in event planningExcellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills; problem-solving skills; the ability to work effectively with donors, volunteers and staff; excellent verbal and written communications skills.Detail-oriented and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrentlyMust be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. An extremely high degree of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail and quality standards are required.Self-starter able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, Word, Excel, PowerPointWorking knowledge of BidPal, Auction Harmony, or other auction management system; Raiser's Edge database and Constant Contact email marketing experience also preferredFlexible work schedule with travel, including evenings and limited weekendsMust be able to successfully pass background check, and have unrestricted access to driving privileges
