Position Summary:The perfect student position. The Part-Time Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. This position involves working independently during assigned shifts, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, in person and over the phone, and assist with their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.
- Shift Coverage: Work independently during assigned shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Report any issues or customer feedback to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Working Conditions:

- Shift Details: Shifts are 3:30pm to 7:30pm during weekdays and split weekend hours. This position requires less than 20 hours of work per week, with weekend shifts required.
