Job Type Part-time Description Job Summary: Our bank is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the bank's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order. The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of the bank's facilities. Responsibilities:

• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Perform lawn moving, landscaping, snow plowing duties.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Available to respond to emergency calls and maintaining of the security system
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
• Works well independently and with others.
• Good communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Valid Driver's License to drive company truck and tow trailer.

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, stretch or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to visually inspect machines.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Maneuver walking on uneven surfaces
• Working in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time
• Working outdoors in inclement weather conditions heat or cold
