Part Time Gold Dot Inspector - Vista Outdoors : Job Details

Job Description

CCI Speer is hiring Part Time Gold Dot Inspectors to safely inspect finished ammunition for defects at rates that meet or exceed metrics to ensure the highest quality product.

This position is part time, less than 20 hours per week, and is not eligible for The Kinetic Group benefits.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL

* Inspect ammunition for any visual defects present.

* Place inspected ammunition in plastic trays.

* Maintain inspection reporting paperwork. Maintain scrap reporting paperwork.

* Clean immediate area and surrounding inspection room as needed.

* Read and understand quality defect lists.

* Verify components and packaging.

NON-ESSENTIAL

* Performs any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Must be able to understand English.

* Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.

* Must be able to read measuring instruments such as Micrometer and Digital/ Dial Calipers.

* Must be able to read basic specification sheet.

* Must have excellent vision.

* Must be capable of working without continual supervision.

* Must be able to work within a team.

* Must be able to work all shifts.
