Part Time Grounds Maintenance - City of Lubbock : Job Details

Keep grounds of City parks and other recreational areas cleaned and maintained. Repair buildings, facilities, and equipment. Essential Functions Construct forms, pour, and finish concrete in the construction of various structures including sidewalks, walls, and curbs. Drive and service trucks, dump trucks, tractors, and mowers. Install and maintain sprinkler systems, perform routine plumbing and carpentry work, and operate hole digger. Mow and edge grass; plant, fertilize, and water trees, flowers, and grass; and clean park grounds by picking up trash. Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment. Perform related duties as required.
