Position: Janitor Location: Northern Command - Phoenix Police Department - 302 E. Union Hills Dr., Phoenix, AZ Type: Part Time - 8:00am - 2:00pm - Monday - Friday About Us: At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Phoenix Police Department facilities. Key Responsibilities: •Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily. •Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot. •Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room, kitchens, and water fountains. •Empty trash and recycling bins. •Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and entrance mats. •Dust fixtures, clean glass. •Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. •Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team. •Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. •As directed by OMEX Management Qualifications: •Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required. •Strong attention to detail and reliability. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. •A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed. •Must be 18 years or older. COP Police Department Clearance From 5. Badge and Key fee, $55. Reimbursement will be paid at 90 days of employment.
