The Al Angelo Company is a third-generation Property Management Company with properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Arizona. We are seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team of fantastic professionals Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following qualities: Enthusiastic Excellent organization & Customer service skills Strong multitasker Friendly and Personable Upbeat and Motivated Dependable Great attention to detail Prompt and Professional Available to work weekends Touring prospective residents Follow up with prospects by phone, email or text Collect and review applications and background checks Prepare rental agreement documents for signing Social media marketing Retaining current residents Responding to resident concerns Communicate regularly with the rest of the management team Being part of a team and having fun while providing great customer service Schedule is Friday and Saturday 9am - 6pm Requirements: Must be 18 years or older.
