Part Time Leasing Consultant - Nolan Real Estate : Job Details

LOCATION: Overland Park Apartments- Pickerington, OH

SCHEDULE: 24 hours a week; Saturdays are mandatory

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.

* Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.

* Ensure that all traffic is followed up by marketing efforts, social media outlets, phone calls, or email correspondence.

* Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

* 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

* Prior Yardi experience is preferred.

* Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
