Part-Time Mail Services Coordinator - Beacon Hill : Job Details

Our client, a recruiting company in Weston, is seeking a temporary Part Time Mail Services Administrator for about 2-3 months with possibly to extend. This role will be handling the mail, shipping and receiving for 5 different companies in one building. This is Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm and is paying 22/hour. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibilities:* Managing the mail room * Receiving and distributing mail including letters and packages* Identifying the correct recipient and notifying them of mail* Using proper handling and care with sensitive and confidential information* Notifying internal contact of any errors or issues that arise* Distributing and managing any outgoing mailJob Requirements:* 1-3+ years of experience within an office environment* Verbal and written communication
