PART TIME- MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST ASSEMBLY TEAM MEMBER - Aisin Corporation : Job Details

SUMMARY This position will perform the day to day activities of maintaining production equipment spare parts inventory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Put away stock which is received from the shipping/receiving clerk.
• Make labels and tag all items located in the spare parts cage.
• Responsible for signing parts in and out of the spare parts cage and updating the transactions in Oracle
• Retrieve and supply spare parts as requested.
• Assign locations to new stock and log into oracle
• Return to stock parts previously signed out.
• Enter repaired parts in log and send out for repair.
• Maintenance on location tags and general up keep, 5/S, and recycle activities
• Stock satelite locations as required with manufacturing materials.
• Responsible for sourcing new vendors.
• Responsible for ordering spare parts and replacement parts based on monthly and yearly budget activity.
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
• Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by the Supervisor or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• MUST be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Electronics assembly experience is a plus.
• Experience with spare parts ordering and inventory management.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and repair (mechanical and electrical).
• High School degree or GED equivalent.
