Mortgage ProcessorPart-Time Are you someone who has a desire to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment who thrives on understating the rules and regulations while developing specific job knowledge? Then we would like to talk to you! This part-time Mortgage Processor position will work at our Fremont, MI branch. Responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional member service by assisting members with completing mortgage and Home Equity loan applications
• Order credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals
• Process and prepare underwriting packages for contract underwriting for loans sold on the secondary market
• Ensure compliance with underwriting conditions

• Excellent customer service skills and with a high degree of attention to detail
• Knowledge of state and federal law governing real estate lending desirable
• Prior processing experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
