Pay Rate: Starting at $33 per hour, increasing based on experience and other factors.

Schedule: 7.7 - 17 hours per week, Monday - Friday with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and create individualized meal plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' health and well-being.
  • Provide coverage in multiple facilities as needed.
  • Execute other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a certification/license in good standing in the relevant field.
  • Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition care regulations preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • If serving multiple sites, must possess a valid Driver's License.
