Corporate Cleaning Group, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing applicants, conducting over the phone or in-person interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
  • Data entry, including tracking employee absences in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Copying, scanning, and printing documents.
  • Managing emails and correspondence.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Assisting with event planning and logistics for meetings or office functions.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized office space.
  • Managing laundry duties, including washing, drying, and organizing items such as rags, mop heads, or other items used for cleaning.
  • Shopping for office supplies, beverages, and snacks to keep the office stocked and comfortable.
Qualifications:
  • Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in commercial cleaning is a plus!
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
