Job Description :
The Office Clerk will perform routine clerical duties to support the organization including work closely with the Accounts Payable Administrator and the Accounts Receivable Administrator to ensure timely internal invoicing and maintaining organized files. Key Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Invoicing inside trucking operations using QuickBooks and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain tidy and accurate files either manually or electronically
  • Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions and other matters
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Other general admin duties as assigned
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
  • Computer literacy and typing skills - familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • 1+ years of experience with Excel & QuickBooks
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
