What You'll Do:As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll: Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction. Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind. Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests. Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service. Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area. Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and onlineSupport your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders. Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences. Other duties as assigned.
