Part time Packager/Assembler - Aventure Staffing : Job Details

**Part-Time Assembler | $15 per hour**

Monday-Friday dayshift 15-20 hours per week

A local company is seeking a part time Packager/Assembler to join their team. You would be responsible for building and assembling product lines from raw goods to finished inventory and packaging. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and be self motivated. Candidates should have or be willing to learn in depth knowledge of the target archery and hunting industry and have some computer skills such as Adobe or Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:

+ Build and assemble product lines from raw goods to finished inventory

+ Package products to be put on the shelf

+ Light assembly of products ex: arrow rests, scopes, misc. products

+ Print card stock using a computer and cut to size.

+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other management as required

Requirements:

+ Ability to establish priorities, work independently and self supervised

+ Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve recurring problems

+ Fine hand coordination skills to handle small parts during assemblies

+ Ability to move on your feet for 5-6 hours/day

+ Consistently arrive on time with a good work ethic & be detail oriented

+ Maintain a clean & safe work environment for assembly team

+ Good oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner

Benefits & Pay:
