Part time Palliative PA - UPMC North Central : Job Details

CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

• Hospital employment

• Contract includes

o Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms

o Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP palliative care, $68,000

o Sign on bonus: $3,000

o CME: annually 3 days and $1,800

o PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays

o Incentive

? Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive

? Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday–Friday: hours are flexible based on practice and provider needs

•Call requirements: 7 nights per month

•Start: As soon as possible

•EMR system – Epic
