As a paraprofessional, you will provide essential support to teachers and other education professionals in a variety of educational settings. Your responsibilities may include assisting with classroom management, working one-on-one or in small groups with students, providing instructional support, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for education are key attributes for success in this role.   • Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and instructional strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
  • Assist in classroom management and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with special needs and accommodate their learning requirements.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members.
  • Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with students to enhance their overall educational experience.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the school principal.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and support various learning styles.
