Part Time Receptionist - Heather Heights - Hamister Group : Job Details

Are you looking to be the first smile people see when they walk in the door? Heather Heights Senior Living in Pittsford is looking to hire a Part Time Receptionist! The hours for this position are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4pm-7pm and every other Sunday 9am-5pm.Responsibilities:

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties.
