PART TIME RECEPTIONIST - Stokes : Job Details

Job Summary:Stokes - Trainor Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team in Newberry, South Carolina. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Compensation & Benefits:This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The position hours are listed below:Monday through Friday: 4:30pm-7:00pmSaturday: 9:00am-4:00pmResponsibilities:- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department- Accurately process card payments - Manage appointment schedule and notify appropriate team member of customer arrival- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Assist sales team with vehicle keys and tags.- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate team member if necessary- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the dealershipRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new computer systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Professional and friendly demeanor- Basic math skills- Must be able to work Saturdays and evenings EEOC Statement:Stokes - Trainor Chevrolet Buick GMC is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
