As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service and computer skills.Primary Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls - Booking treatments and managing the appointment schedule- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival- Administrative tasks- Assisting the spa manager with any other duties as assignedRequirements- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Professional and friendly demeanorSalary Description $16.00/hour
