Continuum Home Health Care is currently seeking a part-time home health aide who is fluent in Spanish to join our team in Holland, Michigan. This position will require availability Monday through Thursday from 10am - 3pm, with the potential for full-time work if desired.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to our Spanish-speaking clientsHelp with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisorBuild strong relationships with our clients and their familiesCommunicate effectively with team members and clients in Spanish
