Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: $16.25 - $20.31

Our Part-Time Stock Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring customers have access to the products they need. Work closely with teammates to process shipments, stock shelves, and maintain accurate pricing, creating an enjoyable shopping experience.

As a Stock Coordinator, you will:

• Keep our stores fully stocked and user-friendly
• Implement visual merchandising standards
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Coach and support teammates in merchandise handling
• Oversee loss prevention and safety standards
• Ensure cleanliness in the sales floor and stockroom

Minimum Requirements:

• Age: At least 18 years old
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year of retail, stock, or freight experience
• Schedule: Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology: Comfortable using handheld and mobile devices
• Communication: Strong communication skills
• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during each shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role
• Warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in retail

Role Purpose:

The Stock Coordinator aids in achieving sales and KPI targets by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, maintaining high standards in stockroom operations and achieving brand standards.

Sales & Omni

• Ensure a well-organized stockroom environment and maintain merchandise flow
• Prioritize product flow to maximize sales opportunities and communicate merchandising needs to store leadership

Brand Image & Customer Experience

• Model Under Armour's service culture to exceed customer expectations
• Adhere to visual merchandising standards for maximum product presentation

Retail Operations

• Maintain productivity standards for shipments, replenishments, markdowns, and cycle counts
• Follow standard operating procedures and policies, communicating risks to store leadership
• Assist with cash desk/ticketing/merchandising and stock replenishment as needed

Team Collaboration & Self-Growth

• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift or relocate products weighing up to 25 lbs
• Ability to move about the store for extended periods with short breaks
