Looking for work-life balance? Want to work for a mission-based, family friendly organization? CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a year-round part-time Teller to join the team at our Crandon, Wisconsin location! This position will work 20 hours per week.

CoVantage invests in our team members! The pay for this role is $14.25-18.59 per hour, inclusive of a $1.25 per hour pay differential. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications.

Job Duties

+ Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance

+ Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately

+ Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis

+ Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations

+ Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value

This individual will work a varied schedule including working Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

+ Have obtained a high school diploma

+ Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis

+ Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance

+ Have intermediate mathematical skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs

+ Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
