Part Time Teller, Tolono - Busey Bank : Job Details

Position Summary

As an associate in one of our service centers we also count on tellers to focus on our customer's experience - greeting, listening to understand needs, and utilizing resources for prompt solution. • Facilitate an excellent customer service experience, while maintaining confidentiality & professionalism
• Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
• Refer customers to bankers, allowing for further discovery of products and services that might be valuable
• Balance cash drawer, daily, with high degree of accuracy.
• Appropriately gain manager assistance (Ex: should suspicious transaction activity be spotted, or additional clearance is needed for transaction amount/type.)
• Scanning work for image branch capture.
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Knowledge of:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bank compliance, security, and operational policies

Ability to:

• Learn to operate basic office equipment and systems at teller terminal.
• Accurately count money
• Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift 50 pounds

Education and Training:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Cash handling experience (preferred)
