Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Transportation Support Person (2 - 2.5 hours/day) to assist with student transportation needs. This role ensures that our students depart school safely and on time while fostering a positive and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with student dismissal, ensuring a smooth and safe process.
• Provide support to transportation staff and bus drivers, including communication and coordination with families.
• Monitor and supervise students during transportation transitions to ensure safety.
• Address transportation issues or behavior concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with school administration to implement transportation procedures and resolve challenges.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
• Previous experience working with children, families, or in a transportation setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Commitment to student safety and well-being.
• Availability during key transportation times (mornings and afternoons).
