Role Overview: Utility staff members work to ensure the facility is clean, sanitary, safe and suitable for food preparation and the customer experience. Utility staff help ensure equipment, tables, chairs, floors, trash bins, loading areas, and food storage areas are clean, in good working condition, and are regularly attended to. Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain Cleanliness: May clean and maintain work areas, including floors, facilities, dishes, utensils, and equipment; collects and places garbage and trash in designated containers; as appropriate to the area of operation. Wash pots, pans, and other service ware ensuring sanitary handling; organizes and replaces service ware to appropriate locations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 1st - 2nd Variable Shifts (Weekends Only)
• Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.50 per Hour
