• Work-Life Balance: 3 to 4 days a week - 22 to 30 Hours - 8 AM shift start time.

What You Will Do:

• Fulfill menu requirements and serve meals.
• Wash pots and pans, trays, dishes, etc.
• Take out kitchen trash to outside trash bins.
• Cover, label and date all suitable leftovers for storage.
• Take and record food temperatures at mealtime.
• Maintain personal cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Take and record refrigerator, freezer and dishwashing machine temperatures.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Participate in required in-service training.

RequirementsEducation:

• High school degree or GED required.

Experience:

• Some experience in quantity food production preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for extended periods of time. Exposure to tools, utensils, equipment, and cleaning materials, requiring attentive and safe utilization. Must successfully complete all required background and pre-employment checks EEO/AA .
