- Manage investor communication strategies and support seamless engagement with investment partners.
- Collaborate with Equity Capital Markets leadership to align messaging across channels such as emails, presentations, website updates, and investor portals.
- Oversee and implement the annual partner relations calendar.
- Draft, edit, and manage outgoing communications for multifamily and commercial investments.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases, and resource library updates.
- Distribute lifecycle communications via AppFolio CRM and track KPIs for effectiveness.
- Implement partner outreach initiatives, including appreciation programs and recognition efforts.
- Plan and coordinate investor events, including webinars, site tours, and meetings.
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations, communications, or a similar role, ideally within the real estate or financial services industry.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and database management.
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
