Role Description

This is a full-time “eat what you kill” hybrid role for a Partner at Baird Augustine. The Partner will be responsible for leading client engagements, raising capital, and managing relationships with institutional investors. The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and presenting investment opportunities to clients.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Investment Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in investment banking or financial services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
