Midsize Law Firm in downtown Chicago seeking experienced Corporate/Business Transactional and Trust & Estate Attorneys to join their team! Please see details below.

Details:

• Midsize law firm (30 attorneys) with a great reputation and supportive work atmosphere
• Seeking Senior-level or Parnter-level candidates in Corporate/Business Transactional Law and/or Estate Planning, ideally with a portable book of business of at least $300,000 (in annual revenue)
• Compensation: varies based on the candidate and what they bring to the firm, but a general range of $150,000 - $250,000 base salary plus generous commission for business brought into the firm and year-end bonuses
• Flexible working hours

• PTO: no set policy for Attorneys - take the time off as you need
• Hybrid work schedule (most Attorneys work 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as an Attorney with a focus on Corporate/Business Transactional Law or Estate Planning
• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois
• Portable book of business of at least $300,000 in annual revenue
• Hardworking individual who's eager to keep growing in their career and join a team who takes great pride in the work they do

• Strong writing and speaking skills
