About the Role

The Company is seeking a General Liability Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, assisting in the growth and leadership of a team of attorneys and staff, handling their own caseload, and providing excellent service to clients. This role involves all aspects of litigation, and trial work, and requires the ability to travel as needed. The Partner will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills, draft various legal documents, conduct depositions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.Applicants for the General Liability Partner position at the company should have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in the State of New York, with New Jersey being a plus, and have at least 10 years of practice experience. The role demands excellent academic and professional credentials, as well as the ability to independently evaluate and identify potential exposure and risks associated with cases. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with various personnel to achieve goals, fully utilize available technology, and manage staff effectively.
