The Partner team is a new sales team within the U.S market and this individual will be its founding member. This team will be the driving force behind our strategic alliances and partnerships.

About the Role:

The Partner Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing long-term partnership agreements. The focus will be on content licensing integration deals in the HR compliance space across industry groups, trade associations, software companies, and other suitable sectors.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Working with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy around the identification of potential partners in the HR Compliance space for content licensing.
  • Enable profitable partner relationships through effective application of data and analytics.
  • Liaise with prospective customers, building and maintaining strong and effective relationships in order to generate business and increase interest in our solutions.
  • Prospective outreach and relationship building with identified target companies.
  • Conducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and tender responses.
  • Negotiation of commercially sound and approved contracts.
  • Retain and grow key services within the existing customer base.
  • Effectively working alongside other stakeholder departments to ensure an integrated approach to customer care and to ensure market needs are being met and value is recognized.
  • Ensuring the customer experience in terms of quantity and quality of contact is in line with agreed targets and creates competitive separation.
  • Where relevant, working closely alongside and supporting the market planning and product development teams in order to maximize new business opportunities within the geographic/industry sector markets.
  • Keeping up to date with market and competitive developments, such as major regulatory changes and new product offerings.
  • Preparing and maintaining an effective portfolio management plan; documenting key goals for individual customers in relation to sales, marketing, and customer service activities to meet strategic financial and business targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, etc. or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience of selling B2B data/information or software solutions with cultural awareness of selling in international markets.
  • 5+ years' experience of winning new reseller relationships in a B2B data/information or software environment.
  • Experience of HR technology/services OR Diversity & Inclusion products or services a plus.
  • Proven track record of working successfully in a challenging and commercially driven sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills; demonstrable experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with internal teams.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component. Commissions uncapped.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii and Colorado: $130,000-140,000 USD.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $130,000-140,000 USD.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $130,000-140,000 USD.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $130,000-140,000 USD.
