MAIN OBJECTIVE:
The Partner Operations Analyst supports the success of local partners within their Region. They are one of the first contacts for new/prospective partners interacting with PTC as well as a familiar face for existing partners when they need support to manage their contract authorizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and process Partner Network contract documents including but not limited to new partner contracts, existing contract renewals, contract addendums and amendments, single use agreements, and terminations in strict adherence to PTC policy and procedures.Coordinate all contract related documents requested from the PTC Compliance and Legal departments.Process PTC Partner Network contract records within the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.Manage version control of the most recent templates provided by PTC legal counsel.Responsible for contract data cleanliness and proactive management of upcoming contract renewals or terminations.Provide guidance to regional Partner Manager and sales teams regarding general operational or partner program related questions.Generate reports related to active partner contract authorizations including but not limited to product and discount reports, authorized territory reports, and contract expiration reports as well as new Partner onboarding tracking.Work closely with PTC Compliance to manage and coordinate new Partner due diligence assessment within the NavexGlobal website.Manage new Partner's operations onboarding including system administration training with the Partner and general point of contact for new Partner questions.Ensure regional Partner's success with execution of all programs.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.2-4 years of experience, preferably in the technology sector.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Understanding of Partners (either resellers, Service Partners, Distributors).Project Management skills.Must be proficient in understanding inter-departmental metrics and be able to independently analyze, reconcile and prepare business insights for sales and sales management.Experience in working with legal agreements with technology partners.Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives.Works effectively under pressure and is comfortable with multitasking.Works well with moderate supervision/guidance.Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.Life at PTC is about more than working with today's most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
