ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Partner Services Offering Architect to manage the technical implementation and execution of our partner-focused services program. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that the technical elements of the program are successfully deployed and supported, working closely with regional System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead for partner engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of Claroty's solutions and driving long-term customer value through technically sound implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.As a Partner Services Offering Architect, Your impact will be:
- Oversee and manage the technical rollout of the partner services program, working with internal teams and partners, including regional SIs, GSIs, and MSSPs, to ensure the successful delivery of the program's goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering compelling value propositions and solutions aligned with their business needs.
- Collaborate with partners, including SIs, GSIs, and MSSPs, to ideate, design, and implement custom service offerings tailored to meet the needs of shared customers. Help partners develop value-added services around Claroty's solutions, such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR), risk reduction, and asset discovery.
- Lead partner enablement efforts by educating and training partners on product deployment, configuration, and service offerings.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical escalations with partners, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams, providing ongoing technical support and strategic guidance to enhance partner capabilities and drive mutual success.
- Identify opportunities for new services, enhancements, and innovations within the partner program. Collaborate with product teams to keep partners informed of the latest updates, features, and best practices to improve their service offerings.
RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Partner Services role, with a focus on partner success, customer acquisition, or technical enablement.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, OT systems, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and system integrations, with a focus on translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Proven experience in customer- and partner-facing roles, with demonstrated ability to deliver compelling value propositions, lead technical presentations, and drive solution-selling efforts..
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into business value for both internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and managed security service providers.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on ensuring partner and customer success throughout the service lifecycle.
- Experience in program management, with the ability to track, manage, and report on partner activities, service delivery, and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on technical storytelling that translates complex solutions into compelling business value.

Expected base salary of this role is $180,000.00-$200,000.00. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of compensation.
