Partner Training Specialist (Peoria, IL) - RLI Corporation : Job Details

Under occasional supervision, the Partner Training Specialist is responsible for developing, organizing and delivering training programs that help customers understand and effectively use RLI's Surety products or services. This role also involves proactive customer outreach to ensure customers are aware of available training resources, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through education and support. Principal Duties & Responsibilities. Design and develop training programs and materials such as manuals, online resources, videos and other educational content; tailored to the specific needs of customers, both new and existing users. Conduct in-person, virtual, or hybrid training sessions for customers, demonstrating product usage and troubleshooting techniques. Proactively reach out to customers to inform them about available training sessions, resources and updates; to ensure customers are aware of relevant learning opportunities.
