Job Description What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the transaction advisory practice at Anchin.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic objectives and providing tailored advice.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions to complex transaction-related issues while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Lead and oversee transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
- Provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions.
- Ensure comprehensive analysis and reporting, identifying risks and opportunities related to transactions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in transaction advisory services.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of TAS professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide thought leadership through publications, presentations, and participation in industry forums.
- Collaborate with other partners and practices to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Represent Anchin at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in managing complex transactions and providing strategic advisory services.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
